Reload Gnome panels without restarting the system

Sometine the gnome panel may get buggy and becomes irresponsive…..it shows all the closed windows also in the panel…at that times we can reload the panel without rebooting the system…Use the Alt+F2 key combination to bring up the Run dialog, and then enter in this command:

killall gnome-panel

This restarts the gnome-panel

  1. Aw, this was a very nice post. In concept I wish to put in writing like this moreover – taking time and actual effort to make an excellent article… however what can I say… I procrastinate alot and certainly not appear to get one thing done.
